Fire Report
Requests must be submitted in writing, either through mail or email. In accordance with our fee schedule; a check for $27.00 must be received prior to release of records.

EMS/Billing
Requests for a date of service prior to, July 1, 2020, should be directed to Sonoma Valley Fire District (SVFD). For date of service on or after, July 1, 2020, should be directed to Wittman Enterprises, www.webillems.com or (800) 906-6552 (PST), M-F 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
SVFD requests need to be mailed or served to our Administration Office, 630 2nd Street W., Sonoma, CA, 95476, M - F 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, and be accompanied by a check for $27.00, in accordance with our fee schedule.
